Grady

Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

This is a plain-English summary of the terms that apply to Grady during our private beta. These terms will be expanded and formalized by counsel before general availability.

1. Private beta

Grady is currently provided to a limited set of invited users as a private beta. Access is granted at Grady's discretion and may be revoked at any time. By using Grady, you accept that the service is pre-release software and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or behavior that changes without notice.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any magic links sent to your email. You agree to notify Grady immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may only access Grady using the email address you were approved under. Sharing access with people who have not been approved is not permitted.

3. Your data

Any documents or information you upload to Grady belong to you. Grady stores this data to provide the service to you and does not sell it to third parties. Grady uses commercially reasonable measures to protect your data in transit and at rest.

During the private beta, you are responsible for keeping your own authoritative copies of any documents or records that are important to you. Grady is not, today, a system of record for legal or regulatory purposes.

4. AI-generated content

Grady uses automated classification and extraction to help organize your documents. These results are best-effort and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any data that is used for financial, tax, legal, or estate planning decisions.

5. No financial or legal advice

Nothing Grady produces — summaries, proposed transactions, agent responses, document categorizations — constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Grady is a tool for organizing information; decisions about that information remain your responsibility and the responsibility of your advisors.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Grady to store content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to compromise the security or integrity of the service. Grady reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product matures. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
